1979/11/	Founded by CEO Atsushi Suzuki in Kamiguchi, Misato City for the purpose of selling surface treatment materials such as alumite plating and electrometal casting and providing technical guidance.
1980/3/	Strengthen expansion into the water treatment field as an equipment sales distributor of water treatment manufacturer Organo Corporation.
1985/7/	Moved the head office to 1-61 Hikosawa, Misato City.
1988/4/	Became a maintenance service agency for artificial dialysis water analysis equipment of Mitsubishi Rayon Engineering Co., Ltd.
1988/5/	Became a dealer of water purifier Cleansui of Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd.
1988/7/	Opened Tokyo Sales Office in Kiyosumi, Koto-ku, Tokyo.
1988/9/	Completed assembly plant in Hikoe, Misato City.Started assembling ultrapure water production equipment.
1991/3/	Headquarters moved to 1-129 Hikosawa, Misato City.A factory is attached to the same station.
1991/8/	Jointly developed a pure water and ultrapure water system for measures against chlorofluorocarbons and ethane with Seikosha Co., Ltd.
1991/10/	Became a designated service factory of Mitsubishi Corporation Technos Co., Ltd.
1995/1/	Formed an ion exchange resin recycling business with the Jonan Denka Cooperative.
1997/5/	Became an agent for recycling ion exchange resins for pure water of Toyobo Engineering Co., Ltd.
1998/10/	Received the supply of the electroregenerative permeation layer (EDI stack) of Electropure Co., Ltd. in the United States, and started selling it as a device.
2002/5/	Became an agent of Vivendi Water Systems Japan Co., Ltd. (formerly US Filter), a global water treatment manufacturer.
2004/9/	Established Shinei Hydraulic Process Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong)
2004/12/	Obtained ISO 9001 14001 certification at the same time
2005/12/	Established Xinlong (Shanghai) International Trade Co., Ltd.
2011/3/	Headquarters relocated to 1-287 Shinwa, Misato City (currently 2-１２-１０ Central, Misato City)
2011/7/	Established Shinei (Shanghai) Environmental Protection Process Co., Ltd.
2011/12/	Obtained operational certification with ISO9001 and 14001 as an integrated management system (examination body: JQA)
2015/2/	Obtaining a construction permit (electrical work / pipe work)
2018/9/	Katsuo Suzuki appointed as CEO
